Nature Recharge Coaching

One to one outdoor coaching designed for people who have busy minds, who struggle to “switch off” and need a gentle way to re-focus; people who are planning on making changes but first need to pause and recharge.

Nature Recharge coaching uses approaches drawn from mindfulness practices, somatic leadership embodiment work, Forest Bathing +Plus and coaching.

How does it work?
The Nature Recharge Coaching programme typically comprises of 8 sessions and can stand alone or be mixed and matched with the Revive and Reboot programmes dependent on your requirements.  

Coaching takes place around every 3 weeks; spread over a 6 month period.

Where?  
Revive programmes take place in natural spaces and semi-ancient woodland in Oxted and surrounding areas – or in other mutually convenient locations. 

What you can expect? 
This an outdoor, nature based experience. It involves some gentle walking and guided experiences to help you connect with the present moment and includes exercises designed to ground and centre you. The experience is tailored to your individual needs.

Fees vary depending on client need and circumstances and there are a range of experiences to suit your individual needs.

Forest Bathing+ EXPERIENCES

Individual and/or group experiences designed to help you slow down and allow mind and body to really rest by connecting with the woodland environment in an intentional way. 

Forest bathing is essentially a practice of walking slowly and mindfully through nature. In the process of slowing down you are able to pay closer and deeper attention to your surroundings and really connect with nature through all of your senses.

Scientific studies have shown that Forest Bathing+ experiences can lower blood pressure and also reduce the stress hormone cortisol and adrenaline.

How does it work?
2 – 3 hour sessions on a one to one or group basis. An initial series of 3 sessions, once a month. 

What can you expect? 
In a typical BoldlyBe Forest Bathing session you will be invited to connect with nature through a variety of different exercises or reflections. This usually involves participants spending time quietly sitting or standing and observing the environment around them.
