Rebalance Coaching

One to one coaching designed for people who want to regain some balance in their lives, who want to be better able to manage stress (and avoid burnout).

  • Regroup and centre yourself - reconnect with your innate strengths and resources

  • Explore unhelpful beliefs and gain fresh perspectives to help you manage your mindset

  • Identify what “tops up your tank”

  • Identify (and employ) tools that help you manage stress in the moment

  • Develop your “Personal Operating system”

  • Make changes which mean that you are thriving rather than surviving

Rebalance uses a blend of coaching and Strengths work combined with breath, visualisation and dynamic movement practices (drawn from Sophrology). Nature Connection practices are also incorporated into the programme where circumstances allow.

How does it work?
The Rebalance Coaching programme typically comprises of 8 sessions and can stand alone or be mixed and matched with Reboot programmes dependent on your requirements.

Coaching takes place around every 3 weeks; spread over a 6 month period.

Fees vary depending on client need and circumstances - reduced rates are available for those working in the not-for-profit sector.

Where?
The Rebalance coaching programme is a blend of face to face and online sessions depending on client requirements - choose the environment which suits you best.

Nature is a fabulous coaching partner so clients are also invited to work in natural outdoor spaces - be it be a London park, riverside or semi-ancient woodland in Surrey or other mutually convenient locations.

What you can expect?
Following an exploratory conversation (which is free) the coaching programme is tailored to your individual needs.

Working with Sarah I’ve learned the power of the resources within me and how to access them - I know I need to listen to myself, and now I know how. The lessons have been profound and enduring. And we laughed…we laughed a lot! Thank you, Sarah!

Woodland wellbeing EXPERIENCES

Forest Bathing (aka “Woodland wind down”)

Forest Bathing - also known as “Shinrin-Yoku” - originated in Japan and simply translated it means “bathing under the canopy of trees” for health and wellbeing. It is a gentle experience that is designed to offer you the opportunity to connect with nature and to experience the woodland in a slightly different way to what you may be used to.

What can you expect?

You will be guided on a 2.5 hour gentle walk under the canopy of trees amongst beautiful woodland.

At the beginning of the session we will share some of the science that shows why time with trees is so good for us, including research into the surprising secret benefits of breathing woodland air.

Then as we move slowly through the woods you’ll be guided through a series of sensory exercises designed to help you tune in to the natural environment and in doing so begin to calm your body and mind. Towards the end of the session there will be a guided relaxation and we will conclude by sharing a refreshing tea underneath the tree canopy.

“Bringing our rhythms into step with nature allows us to draw on the vast array of benefits the natural world provides” Dr Qing Li. Associate Professor at Nippon Medical School Tokoyo.

 So what are the Benefits?

From the outset, people in Japan reported positive effects such as reduced stress, better moods and a general sense of improved well-being as a result of Forest Bathing sessions.
