Reboot and Recharge coaching programmes are designed flexibly so that you can either choose one specific programmes or you can mix and match across them. Outdoor coaching is integrated with all the programmes because of the richness it adds to the coaching experience. Alternatively you could join us on Retreat in the beautiful Sussex countryside.
The sessions I had with Sarah were characterised by patience, no judgement and precision-like questions that challenged my biases and opened my mind. Following the coaching, I am now changing my career with conviction and have much more awareness as to honestly who I am and what I desire.
Regardless of what happens next in my life I’m not sure I’ll ever see myself in the same way as I did before (coaching with Sarah) and will approach life’s challenges with a newly found level of self-belief and fearlessness.

We evolved from nature (we are animals after all) so it’s natural for outdoor environments like forests and woods to be places where we can slow down, recharge and be inspired.

Research shows that time spent in forests can reduce the stress hormone cortisol and lower blood pressure – so as well as being good for our physical health, time spent in nature can help to restore emotional balance and from there we are able to access a more constructive and creative headspace to move forward.
